Lunsford has been servicing our home for over 8 years, and office communication and field staff have always been outstanding. We just upgraded to a side discharge VFD equipped Amana unit. Chance and Kyler were our installation techs, and were very personable. They were polite, and the work was clean, quick and efficient. Matthew is our regular service and repair tech and has the patience of Job. I ask a lot of questions and "what ifs", and Matthew gave me straight answers and presented several options to consider. All three gents made sure we were happy with the install location and all work. After all's said and done, we have been very satisfied with Lundsford Air and all their staff. Also, kudos to Barry, he spent a fair bit of time about a year ago putting together 3 seperate estimates for different units, that was much appreciated. Came out same day and diagnosed the problems with our HVAC system. Repaired a hole in the duct work. Arranged for cleaning of the air handler coils and blower that will improve the air flow. Also priced replacement of the duct work. Danielle, David, and Nico are very kind people to work with. I recommend this business. Read Less

I would like to thank Nico for doing a great job during the first maintenance visit with our new ac/heating unit. He was extremely polite & professional, explaining everything he was going to do during this visit. He took time to check everything which he actually took pictures of & sent them to me. He probably spent over an hour completing everything that was included in the service visit. A special thanks to Nico for rolling up the water hose in the backyard. I feel like Lunsford has not only provided us with a great ac/heating unit but their customer service has been the greatest part of the entire transaction. Read Less
